Vietnam Interior Association Holds Executive Committee Meeting for Early 2024

On March 23, 2024, the Vietnam Interior Association (VNIA) held its first Executive Committee meeting of the year.

The meeting focused on discussing and approving the following matters: Report on VNIA activities following the Founding Congress; Implementation of VNIA activities in 2024; Membership development plan for 2024.

VNIA Executive Committee Meeting – Early 2024

At the meeting, the Association approved drafts of several regulations, including:

  • Operational regulations for the Executive Committee & Standing Committee

  • Financial management and usage regulations

  • Seal management and usage regulations

  • Commendation regulations

  • Operational regulations for the Supervisory Board

  • Operational regulations for the Central Office of the Association

The Association also gathered feedback on the establishment of various boards and finalized the organizational structure of the Association:

  • Professional Boards: Research & Training; Communications; Science & Technology; Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation

  • Industry-specific Boards: Design Consultancy; Interior Construction; Manufacturing; Trade & Services; Related Industries; Experts & Training

A total of 25 out of 30 Executive Committee members participated in the meeting, reaching strong consensus on the discussed issues. This forms an important foundation for VNIA to move forward in fulfilling its strategic goals.

The Association achieved high consensus on the issues discussed.

On June 28, 2024, the Chairman of Vietnam Interiors Association signed Decision No. 33/2024/QD-HNT to establish the Communication Committee under Vietnam Interiors Association. The Communication Committee comprises the following members: 1. Mr. Vuong Dao Hoang - Member of the Association, Head of the Committee 2. Mr. Le Quoc Hung - Member of the Association, Deputy Committee 3. Ms. Le Thien Hanh Trang - Member 4. Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy - Member 5. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tuoi – Member 6. Mr. Vũ Thập - Member The Communication Committee is responsible for the following duties: - Advising association leaders on communication activities - Developing a communication plan - Organizing the production of media content - Coordinating with units to organize events, conferences, seminars, discussions, exhibitions, design competitions, social activities, exchanges, and industry introductions - Building a sustainable sponsorship partner network - Managing the association's website and other multimedia channels - Preparing report contents related to communication work for meetings of the Standing Committee and Executive Committee - Performing other tasks as requested by the Association's Board of Directors
